Always a pleasure shopping with Classic Whimsy! Everything is so cute. I do have to what for sales to be able to buy some things, but this one I could not wait! My order was never received I spent over $50 for a Christmas gift and it was not delivered to the address I requested. I’m extremely upset. When I messaged your team I was basically told it was my problem. This is absolutely unacceptable!
The only issue I had was paying for expedited service and not receiving it expedited. I understand you cannot control the mail, but I paid for a service I didn’t receive so I do not feel like I should have had to pay that extra shipping feel. When I emailed to complained it was not refunded to me. I’m happy to pay for the cute outfits we received althoughy grands didn’t get to wear them Thanksgiving day as intended, but I should not have to pay for a service I didn’t receive.
