Pink & Blue Stripe Amy Dress

I love the dress, but am frustrated with customer service. I always order sibling hospital outfits from here for my other kids. I had placed an order and it didn't come. I waited a week and then replaced the same order (so buying it twice). I reached out to customer service regarding my first order not arriving and was told it's usps, not them. Which I understand but still frustrating. USPS couldn't find it. Meanwhile my second order arrived. Another week went by and my first order arrived! I reached out again to see if I could get a refund on one of the orders. As I placed two orders and both ended up coming the first way delayed. The second order I expedited shipping and it still took 5 days. I know the exchange policy is store credit but when someone hasn't gotten their order and placed another order I was hoping one could be refunded. Especially now that both showed up weeks later and I can return the dresses from the first order.

I love this style of dress - it's great to play in, throw on over a swimsuit, or you could get away with wearing to a nicer occasion. It doesn't wrinkle/look worn after taking out of a suitcase or wearing for a few hours, and I appreciate that it runs true to size. This pink/blue stripe is especially cute and will be worn often!
